Aku skrg dah masuk minggu ke-19. Mcm mana baby aku? So far, alhamdulillah. Aku masih mencari-cari lagi kelas yoga. Sebab mostly yoga kelas utk mak mengandung waktu office hour..aku nih dah ler pekerja makan gaji yg setia..mcm mana tuh?..
Muntah2 still ada lagi..tak kira masa dan tempat..last weekend pergi wedding kat shah alam..belum sempat masuk keta..dah terBuang dekat tong sampah…huhuhuuu.
En. Suami dok spray deodorant pun aku pun duk termuntah2..heheheeHari khamis nih, akan ke KKIA utk buat scan baby…nak pergi private hosp..mcm malas lagi…tunggu after this Thursday lar. Pilihan hospital aku? Mungkin ampang puteri, tawakkal atau an-nur di bangi. (bangi..mcm jauh..tp dekat dengan rumah mak aku. Ampang puteri quite okay gak sbb doa baby friendly hospital a.k.a hospital yang promote susu badan atau tawakkal). Entah lar, masih dalam discussion dengan en. Suami ku.

Kelas yoga

Semenjak preggy nih aku sibuk nak cari kelas yoga. Sape tahu kelas yoga kat kl yang murah2 dan kelas yoga untuk ibu mengandung?. Reason yg menyebabkan aku mencari kelas yoga kerana: tulang belakang aku makin sakit. No 2; sebab aku nak belajar mcm mana nak control waktu dalam labour room (tak nak yg mcm first dulu, anak boleh masuk ke dalam..huhuu canggih beb).
So skrg aku dah surf internet, jumpa satu dkt area Ampang. Ok ler dekat dgn rumah. Dah sms instructor dia sbb nak tanya ada tak provide untuk ante-natal? So far, the instructor still tak reply my sms (tengah berYoga kut).
Yoga is haram? Erm apa yang aku baca dari internet yoga is haram kalau ada mantera seperti mentera India tuh ‘Oum…”. So aku akan cuba mencari yoga yang tak menggunakan mantera tuh. Hopefully dapat join that class, cant wait. Wish me luck :)
